Was sitting in Copabanana when this song came over the speakers. I first heard it while watching The Virgin Suicides, which was one of my favorite movies in high school -- so damn emo now that I think of it. It still sits on my shelf, more for aesthetic reasons than anything, but I kind of want to see it again.

Bee Gees - How Deep Is Your Love?
This version of How Deep Is Your Love hits the nougaty soft center of my heart, where reside awkward first dances and one-eyed push toys and watching my parents hug.
Other covers include David Choi (Starbucks-y) and The Bird and the Bee (which is Birdandthebee-y. There's no other way to describe it.)
----
Some of my other favorite covers, coz my brother and I were talking about it yesterday. In my opinion the second ones are more worth clicking.. except for the Weezer/Mozella one
- Roxanne: original (The Police); cover (Moulin Rouge)
- Comfortably Numb: original (Pink Floyd); cover (Scissor Sisters)
- Bitches Ain't Shit: original (Dr. Dre); cover (Ben Folds)
- Umbrella: original (Rihanna); cover (Marie Digby)
- Hallelujah: original (Leonard Cohen); cover (Jeff Buckley)
- Say It Ain't So: original (Weezer); cover (Mozella)
Haha um... I'm just going to keep telling myself people are affected by my obsessive music posts T_T and get back to work
